Terms and Conditions Agreement for Participating in the Ecole Sornas’ courses.
Tuition & Application
1) The tuition for the courses provided by Ecole Sornas shall be as published on the website: www.frenchclassesparis.com
2) This tuition includes an application fee ($100) due before your participation is confirmed and only refundable as set out in the “Refund and Cancellation Policy” Section below.
3) The Ecole Sornas will confirm your participation 45 days prior the scheduled starting date. Before this date and the official confirmation, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you with a place in our courses. We decline responsibility for any travel arrangements you may have made.
4) The balance is payable at the date of placement confirmation by the Ecole Sornas, after the official confirmation of your placement in one of our courses.
5) For your application to be complete and for you to be accepted in the requested course, you must:
• Complete the online application form,
• Accept online this Terms and Conditions Agreement,
• Make sure that you have all paperwork necessary to travel to France. We don’t cover any additional fees that may arise, such as, and not limited to: visa applications, travelers’ insurance.
• Make all arrangements necessary for lodging and transportation.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1) If for any reason we cannot accept you in the course you requested on the confirmation date (45 days prior to the beginning of classes), the application fee ($100) is refundable in full.
2) If you cancel after your initial application, but prior to effective confirmation, $50 of your application fee is refundable.
3) If you cancel after the confirmation of your participation by the Ecole Sornas, the total program fee is due and non-refundable.
